bouquets and vases are sold throughout Europe. In our office, you work right in the midst of all the
departments, from operations and sales to marketing and floral styling. This means that no day is the same, and you gain

About your role

As an Operational Employee, you play a vital role in the daily operations of Blooming
Good. You bring structure and clarity with clear daily schedules, ensuring that the objectives surrounding
order processing are well-defined. Additionally, you resolve complex customer service inquiries, assist with purchasing
, and support the processing and organisation of orders in the warehouse. You also step in where
necessary in the operations and support colleagues and florists in their daily tasks.

Your days consist of:

- Drafting daily schedules and preparing and monitoring the progress of the
order processing
- Creating structure and overview within the daily operations
- Processing, checking and organising orders
- Assisting with inventory management and identifying shortages
- Ensuring a tidy, organised and efficient workspace

Support and optimisation

- Continuously improving operational processes
- Investigating and resolving complex customer service inquiries
- Processing returns and conducting return analyses
- Supporting colleagues, florists and the sales department in daily tasks
- Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to process improvements

What we are looking for

- You have 1–3 years of experience in an operational or logistical role, or you are an entrepreneurial
starter who develops quickly in a hands-on environment
- You are structured, precise, and flexible
- You are customer-oriented and communicate clearly and kindly in Dutch
- You are a true go-getter with a hands-on mentality
- You fit well into a young and enthusiastic team, contributing to a positive work atmosphere
- You hold a valid driving licence.
