About your role

As an Operations & Logistics Intern at Blooming Good, you will be involved in the daily operations of our e-
commerce company.

You will assist in processing, picking, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring
a smooth order flow. Additionally, you will support inventory management and contribute
to improving and streamlining our processes.

What will you do?

You will engage in a blend of hands-on work and process enhancement. No coffee runs, but truly
contributing to building a scalable operation:
- Analyzing and optimizing existing processes: from inventory management to order flow;
- Assisting in daily operations: processing orders, picking, packing, and preparing for shipment
;
- Creating daily schedules and monitoring the progress of orders;
- Supporting customer service during busy periods to gain insight into the
connection between operations and customer experience;
- Aiding in the establishment of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and structure within the operation;
Working on a personal internship project focused on process improvement and scalability.

What we are looking for

You are pursuing a vocational or higher education in the field of business, logistics, supply chain,
retail or a similar area;
- You are analytical, eager to learn, and enjoy improving processes;
- You are not afraid to assist in operations when necessary;
- You are structured, precise, and take responsibility quickly;
- You communicate clearly and kindly in Dutch;
- You fit well into a young and energetic team;
- You have a proactive attitude and enjoy contributing ideas for improvement and growth;
