About your role

During this internship, you will be fully integrated into the marketing and content team at Blooming Good. You will assist in the entire production process of our social media content: from creative brainstorming to shoot days, editing, planning, and going live.

No coffee-fetching internship here, but a genuine opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing premium brand.

Concepting

● You contribute to the development of creative concepts for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and advertisements.
● You brainstorm ideas for campaigns, hooks, storylines, and content formats.
● You closely follow social media trends and know exactly what works — and what doesn’t — online.
● You gather daily inspiration and proactively come up with new content ideas.
● You collaborate on social-proof content, influencer formats, and behind-the-scenes concepts.

Pre-production

● You assist in preparing shoots and content days.
● You arrange props, samples, styling, and ensure everything is production-ready.
● You support the briefing of models, creators, or other involved parties.
● You actively contribute ideas on styling, composition, and the premium appearance of the brand.

Production

● During shoots, you are present at the office or on location.
● You support the videographer, photographer, and creative team during production days.
● You ensure that shoots run smoothly and everything is in the right place.
● You create behind-the-scenes content with your phone for Reels, Stories, and TikTok.
● You have the freedom to implement your own creative ideas immediately.

Post-production & Go-live

● You assist in organising and managing all content files.
● You support the planning and publishing of content on our social channels.
● You contribute ideas for captions, formats, and content strategies.
● You learn how paid social content and performance creatives are developed.
● You have the opportunity to independently create TikToks, Reels, and short-form content.

What do we expect from you?

● You are pursuing a degree in marketing, communication, media, creative business, or a related field.
● You are creative and have a keen sense of branding, design, and social media.
● You are active daily on Instagram and TikTok and understand online culture.
● You love creating content and have an eye for detail and aesthetics.
● You are independent, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative.
● You enjoy being part of a young and ambitious team.
● Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools is a plus.
